This is exactly what I disagree with. It isn’t the teams “right” to censor and govern their community only as they see fit, especially if they want to claim to be DeFi. The community has rights.

There has to be legitimate community agency.

If the team always has the “rights” to govern the community as they wish, they should be regulated under the same laws that apply to centralized institutions and should not be considered sufficiently decentralized, because they aren’t.
